The NGC is the second-highest decision-making organ of the party after the National Delegates Conference (NDC). Chaired by the Party Leader, its roles are provided for in the constitution but overall, the NGC acts as the executive body of the NDC and ensures the key decisions of the party are carried out by all the other party organs.
